From Flight Fundamentals to Commercial Operations
Your practical sessions progress through aircraft setup, safe flight routines, manoeuvres and emergency procedures using National Drones training equipment.

Complete your Remote Pilot Licence through five days of in-person classroom and practical training, or compare our blended pathway if you need more flexibility.
The Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) is the essential certification required by CASA for anyone conducting commercial drone operations with aircraft exceeding 2kg in Australia. National Drones Institute delivers CASA-accredited RePL training that prepares you for professional drone operations.
Our RePL course is available for both sub 7kg and sub 25kg multi-rotor categories. The training combines comprehensive theory with hands-on practical flying experience, ensuring you are fully prepared for real-world commercial operations.
Group courses for three or more participants can be arranged at your location, providing a tailored training experience for organisations looking to build internal drone capabilities.
