Five source cards in a row: Chart, ERSA, NOTAM, App and Approval. Below them is a job pack clipboard. One at a time, each card sends an entry on an arc into the job pack, and a line on the clipboard fills in. 'Decision' is then stamped onto the job pack. Finally a pulse travels back from the job pack to every card, and each card shows a small calendar badge, showing the decision can be traced to what was checked and when. Back and Next buttons step through the stages.
